Dec 3, 2024 Release

• CMD + i: ask our agents questions and they’ll use 1st and 3rd party account data stored in the Rox system of record to get you the answer. While on the customer list or account view pages press CMD + I to bring up a chat window. Here are some examples to get you started:

    • How many engineering openings has @OpenAI posted in the past three months?

  • News insights

    • What should I know about @NVIDIA's Fugatto AI model?

• Extended contact search: you can now extend the contact search from Titles to LinkedIn headlines and summary. This will give you more flexibility when searching for relevant people.

• Notifications controls: included links in Daily Digests and Pre-Meeting Briefings to the notifications control page in Rox, where you can modify the delivery settings and frequency down at each data source.

• Pre-meeting briefing latency improvements: reduced time to first pre-meeting briefing when a user connects their calendar for the first time.

• Pre-meeting briefing sync improvements: cancelled events are now getting deleted from the pre-meeting briefings UI in Rox.

Nov 26, 2024 Release

• Live search on audio briefings: we've integrated live search with Rox audio briefings! You can now ask Rox to search for the latest events on a company and drill into the details.

• Future pre-meeting briefings: we've extended the pre-meeting briefings to cover 7 days ahead, so you can get a head start on those meetings!

• Column sorting: you can now sort by revenue and headcount columns in your customer list view.

• Contact category fix: contacts now move to engaged/dismiss under all circumstances, so you can better organize your contacts.

• Teams & technologies improvements: we've improved our algorithms to return more results!

Nov 19, 2024 Release

• Slack integration: you can now receive your pre-meeting briefings and daily digest directly in Slack! Turn on the integration today by clicking on your profile > Settings > Integrations

• Swarm command (cmd+K): use the swarm command to get our agents doing work for you — type what you're looking to find in your territory and our agents will add the necessary clever columns, filters and views to get you the answer!

• Fresh look: our UI has a new look designed to improve readability — check it out today!

Oct 31, 2024 Release

• Bulk actions — you can now select multiple accounts and perform bulk actions (remove accounts or assign tags).

• Clever columns refresh — added functionality to refresh clever columns on demand, so you have fresh data, right when you need it.

• Job posting insights — we made improvements to the filtering algorithm for job postings, increase its relevancy. You can still find tune your insights in the "agent tuning" menu.

Oct 24, 2024 Release

• PR/Blogposts — Rox automatically tracks the Press Release page and Blogposts for all your accounts and will notify you of new, relevant content. You can configure the delivery preferences in the settings page!

• Pipe Gen Actions Configurations — you can configure the time window for news events, how many companies to display and the seniority of the recommended contacts (IC, Manager, Director, etc.).

• Clever columns previews — get a quick preview of the content you'll get with clever columns without having to wait for a full run across all your accounts

• Update clever columns — so you can modify the parameters used to generate the column content

• Pre-meeting briefing improvements — improved coverage on company information and added no attendee confirmation warning.

• People search improvements — simplified the broad people search parameters to title and location. Added the ability to search for people based on LinkedIn profiles

Oct 17, 2024 Release

• Pre-meeting briefing hub — your pre-meeting briefings now have a home! You can scroll through all the meetings, find more information on attendees, companies and your notes. Rox will also generate agenda confirmation and meeting follow up emails!

• Delete Clever Columns — not much explaining needed here 🙂

• News Filtering Improvements — we tuned our agent filtering to be more aggressive for media, sports and larger companies. Not as many stock tips or sports commentary moving forward 😅

• Clever columns — looking to prioritize accounts for outreach? You can now turn web research & job postings into metrics in the customer list view! Examples that are relevant to you:

• Pipe Gen Actions tab — our agents are starting to work for you!! Get daily recommendations of companies, contacts and messaging to do outbound PG (email+LinkedIn connect!!). Designed for you to run through in a 30 min block 💨

• Role changes insights — our agents are now monitoring role changes for key people in your accounts. Promotions, team changes, new jobs these are now included in your Daily Digest and available in the Rox UI!

• SFDC Columns available in list view —you can now add columns from your salesforce instance to your account list view!

• SFDC Notes, Next Steps & Opps in digest/pre-meeting briefings — we're including open opps, notes and next steps in your pre-meeting briefings. All configurable in Rox.

Sep 24, 2024 Release

• People search: unlocked — you now have the ability to search for people by name, title or location in the “People” tab! But it doesn’t stop there…..

• 1B new contacts!! — we’ve integrated a new provider with our in-house systems that gave us tremendous scale and unlocked the ability to search for people!

• Firmographics in list view — you can now add firmographics columns to customize your list view! We’ve included information such as funding rounds, revenue, headcount & headcount breakdown, competitors and more so the data is right at your fingertips.

• Draft email from notes — if you’re using notes in Rox, you can now pass these as context to the agent to draft super precise emails!

Sep 17, 2024 Release

• More contacts — you now have a “load more” option to fetch more contacts in the account overview. The retrieval is controlled by the personas (defined in agent tuning) and we have more functionality coming soon

• New insights UI experience — it's now easier to skim & dismiss events, quickly get more details, and launch an email in a frictionless way!

• Teams & Technologies: mapping larger organizations is hard and time consuming work! Job postings give us a leg up in understanding how companies are structured internally 🕵️Rox is now doing the research work for you and mapping out teams, technologies, locations and positions to give you ideas on what teams to tackle when doing PG!

• New Account Overview Layout: we’ve organized the account overview page to make it easier to discover and take action on content — check it out today!

• Account Research Engine: do you have PDF templates you need Rox to fetch data for? Or maybe just need to run search & aggregation of info? Rox has you covered

• Pre-meeting briefing improvements: thanks for your incredible feedback we’ve expanded the company info section to include overview, how they make money and latest events.

Sep 3, 2024 Release

• Filtered views: organize your accounts by defining custom tabs, fully configurable with filters and column selection!

• Pre-meeting briefing improvements: meeting times are now in your calendar’s time zone; we support full coverage of meetings, and you have the ability to add agents to companies from pre-meeting briefing (if they’re missing).

• Aggregate job postings in digests: we’re now aggregating multiple job postings into a 1 sentence summary in your digests making it faster to skim through.

Aug 27, 2024 Release

• Email improvements: new email drafting experience and improved default content to be clear, concise and straight to the point (no more “dears” or “hoping to find you”!)

• More people & better UI: we’ve improved the people navigation experience and expanded the contacts in Rox through improvements in our search algorithm! Happy prospecting 🙂

• Persona filtering: we’ve exposed the persona filtering controls via “Configure Agent”. With this configuration you can control the people extraction that Rox is running for you across all accounts!

• PDF w/ images support: you can now upload PDFs with images to the Rox agents. This is a great way to directly provide your sales enablement materials so Rox learns more about your business.

Aug 20, 2024 Release

• UI Improvements: we’ve improved mobile experience, added customer logos, simplified navigation, and added quick actions right from the account pane!

• Pre-meeting notes templates: we now support the ability to load your templates to the account notes in Rox!

• Pre-meeting email notifications: we’ve expanded the pre-meeting briefings to include the latest 3 events with this customer!

• New add agent experience: we’ve launched a new experience to add agents to your account!

Aug 11, 2024 Release

• Rox verified: we now independently verify and enrich data for our customers — look for the Rox checkmark! This is included in all Rox plans for now and it will become part of the Rox Enterprise plan.

• New customer list experience: we’ve improved the usability of the Rox customer list view. You can now quickly view the list of insights, insight details and account overview in a handy side-panel!

• New sign-in experience: head over to run.rox.com to check it out!

• Microsoft O365 Calendar integration: you can now connect your O365 calendar to Rox to get pre-meeting briefings and see your past/future meetings.

• LinkedIn 404 Fix: when we couldn’t retrieve the LinkedIn URL we used to show a 404 — no more! We now default to running the LinkedIn search for you to save you time.
