Phone number enrichment: it's increasingly harder to generate engagement w/ email or LinkedIn messages only. Rox now allows you to reveal the phone number of your contacts. We leverage our powerful waterfall enrichment algorithm to find you the best possible phone number across multiple providers!
New meeting hub: the meeting hub has a fresh look designed to help you find information faster. Quickly lookup data points on the left, get your report front and center and quickly jump to your notes. Take it for a spin and let us know what you think!
Restricted email domains: are there email domains that should be off-limits for Rox? No problem! We now give you the ability to restrict processing from/to specific email domains so you are in full control of the information Rox is accessing. Any message that contains these email domains in the from/to/cc/bcc will be automatically discarded and not processed.
Negative content guardrails: added guardrails to prevent the Rox agents to find and retrieve negative or defamatory information on the contacts being enriched.
Email failure notifications: Rox will display notifications if your emails failed to be sent out or if they got bounced.
Email integration & Send w/ Rox: send prospecting emails faster than ever before! You can now connect your email (Google Workspace) and send emails via Rox. It works with your email aliases and we'll use your current signature. We're doing a phased rollout, so availability is limited — contact us if you'd like to try it!
Email signatures: Rox now uses your existing Google Workspace email signatures and automatically adds them to your emails. This allows you to engage your accounts faster and with less friction!
Account assignment rules: have complex account ownership routing rules? we got you covered. You can now create assignment rules and map them to each user. By using our graph infrastructure, you'll have maximum flexibility on account mapping!
Improved Task load time: you can now access your tasks faster with our improved load times!
Email address refresh: remember the waterfall algo of last week? It's been busy at work and your contacts email addresses just got an upgrade!
Improved insight filtering: in the spirit of cleaning things up ahead of the New Year, we improved the default insight filters for news events for all users at Rox. We used data from the types of events that generate the highest interest amongst the amazing AEs on our product and released it out to everyone.
Mobile improvements: your task list view is looking good on your phone! we made multiple usability improvements so you can prospect / send follow-ups while on the go!
Data enrichment improvements: we've unified multiple data pipelines to increase the data quality across all agents monitored.
Task List View: Spending too much time on insight outreach and post-meeting follow-ups? Sit back and let your agent swarm handle it for you. Your swarm automatically drafts emails based on meeting transcripts and insights, suggests relevant contacts, and compiles them into a centralized task list. All you have to do is review and approve ✅

Prompt Store: Got your go-to prompts for crafting the perfect Gen AI emails? 📧 The Rox Prompt Store has your back! 📂 Save all your email prompts in one place and access them effortlessly anytime, anywhere. No more hunting or copy-pasting — just quick, effortless access!
Bug fixes: fixed bugs on contact upload via CSV, and improved UX by removing unnecessary elements.
Pre-call playbooks: effective pain discovery = higher conversion rates. For each meeting you have Rox will search sales enablement playbooks, filter them for relevancy, and extract information depending on who you are meeting with — down to each attendee and depending on their job titles!
Slack integration: do you check Slack before email every morning? This one is for you — you can now get our daily digests and pre-meeting briefings directly in Slack. And a lot more coming on this one... 😉
Gong integration: your raw Gong transcripts get automatically associated with your meetings in Rox — no more searching through calendar and Gong to get this info 🕵️ From here, you can generate all your meeting follow ups with 1 click.
Rox mac app (beta): no call recorder? No problem! You can use the Rox mac app to generate meeting transcripts. It runs in the background and is compatible with multiple videoconferencing solutions 📜
Filter contacts by location: you can now filter contacts by geographic location. For now limited to country with more granularity coming soon 🙌
Recommended contacts by location: targeting specific countries? You can now set location filters on Rox recommended contacts for pipe gen actions!
Pre-meeting hub new look: the hub is now more focused allowing to get your prep work done faster!
Remove calendar integration: under the Settings page, you can now remove the calendar integration.
Upload CSV: bring your own contacts! You did all the hard contact discovery work so upload a csv and we'll start enriching and monitoring your contacts.
Filter contacts by location: Rox now supports filtering contacts by country to support more targeted pipeline generation efforts!
Pre-meeting briefing improvements: add agents directly from the pre-meeting briefings tab with one click and we'll provide you with a LinkedIn search URL in case we can't resolve the contact.
CMD + i: ask our agents questions and they’ll use 1st and 3rd party account data stored in the Rox system of record to get you the answer. While on the customer list or account view pages press CMD + I to bring up a chat window. Here are some examples to get you started:

Extended contact search: you can now extend the contact search from Titles to LinkedIn headlines and summary. This will give you more flexibility when searching for relevant people.
Notifications controls: included links in Daily Digests and Pre-Meeting Briefings to the notifications control page in Rox, where you can modify the delivery settings and frequency down at each data source.
Pre-meeting briefing latency improvements: reduced time to first pre-meeting briefing when a user connects their calendar for the first time.
Pre-meeting briefing sync improvements: cancelled events are now getting deleted from the pre-meeting briefings UI in Rox.
Live search on audio briefings: we've integrated live search with Rox audio briefings! You can now ask Rox to search for the latest events on a company and drill into the details.
Future pre-meeting briefings: we've extended the pre-meeting briefings to cover 7 days ahead, so you can get a head start on those meetings!
Column sorting: you can now sort by revenue and headcount columns in your customer list view.
Contact category fix: contacts now move to engaged/dismiss under all circumstances, so you can better organize your contacts.
Teams & technologies improvements: we've improved our algorithms to return more results!
Slack integration: you can now receive your pre-meeting briefings and daily digest directly in Slack! Turn on the integration today by clicking on your profile > Settings > Integrations
Swarm command (cmd+K): use the swarm command to get our agents doing work for you — type what you're looking to find in your territory and our agents will add the necessary clever columns, filters and views to get you the answer!

Bulk actions — you can now select multiple accounts and perform bulk actions (remove accounts or assign tags).
Clever columns refresh — added functionality to refresh clever columns on demand, so you have fresh data, right when you need it.
Job posting insights — we made improvements to the filtering algorithm for job postings, increase its relevancy. You can still find tune your insights in the "agent tuning" menu.
PR/Blogposts — Rox automatically tracks the Press Release page and Blogposts for all your accounts and will notify you of new, relevant content. You can configure the delivery preferences in the settings page!
Pipe Gen Actions Configurations — you can configure the time window for news events, how many companies to display and the seniority of the recommended contacts (IC, Manager, Director, etc.).
Clever columns previews — get a quick preview of the content you'll get with clever columns without having to wait for a full run across all your accounts
Update clever columns — so you can modify the parameters used to generate the column content
Pre-meeting briefing improvements — improved coverage on company information and added no attendee confirmation warning.
People search improvements — simplified the broad people search parameters to title and location. Added the ability to search for people based on LinkedIn profiles
Pre-meeting briefing hub — your pre-meeting briefings now have a home! You can scroll through all the meetings, find more information on attendees, companies and your notes. Rox will also generate agenda confirmation and meeting follow up emails!

Role changes insights — our agents are now monitoring role changes for key people in your accounts. Promotions, team changes, new jobs these are now included in your Daily Digest and available in the Rox UI!
SFDC Columns available in list view —you can now add columns from your salesforce instance to your account list view!

People search: unlocked — you now have the ability to search for people by name, title or location in the “People” tab! But it doesn’t stop there…..
1B new contacts!! — we’ve integrated a new provider with our in-house systems that gave us tremendous scale and unlocked the ability to search for people!
Firmographics in list view — you can now add firmographics columns to customize your list view! We’ve included information such as funding rounds, revenue, headcount & headcount breakdown, competitors and more so the data is right at your fingertips.
Draft email from notes — if you’re using notes in Rox, you can now pass these as context to the agent to draft super precise emails!
More contacts — you now have a “load more” option to fetch more contacts in the account overview. The retrieval is controlled by the personas (defined in agent tuning) and we have more functionality coming soon
New insights UI experience — it's now easier to skim & dismiss events, quickly get more details, and launch an email in a frictionless way!

Job postings give us a leg up in understanding how companies are structured internally 🕵️Rox is now doing the research work for you and mapping out teams, technologies, locations and positions to give you ideas on what teams to tackle when doing PG!

Pre-meeting briefing improvements: thanks for your incredible feedback we’ve expanded the company info section to include overview, how they make money and latest events.
Filtered views: organize your accounts by defining custom tabs, fully configurable with filters and column selection!
Pre-meeting briefing improvements: meeting times are now in your calendar’s time zone; we support full coverage of meetings, and you have the ability to add agents to companies from pre-meeting briefing (if they’re missing).
Aggregate job postings in digests: we’re now aggregating multiple job postings into a 1 sentence summary in your digests making it faster to skim through.
Email improvements: new email drafting experience and improved default content to be clear, concise and straight to the point (no more “dears” or “hoping to find you”!)

More people & better UI: we’ve improved the people navigation experience and expanded the contacts in Rox through improvements in our search algorithm! Happy prospecting 🙂
Persona filtering: we’ve exposed the persona filtering controls via “Configure Agent”. With this configuration you can control the people extraction that Rox is running for you across all accounts!
PDF w/ images support: you can now upload PDFs with images to the Rox agents. This is a great way to directly provide your sales enablement materials so Rox learns more about your business.
UI Improvements: we’ve improved mobile experience, added customer logos, simplified navigation, and added quick actions right from the account pane!
Pre-meeting notes templates: we now support the ability to load your templates to the account notes in Rox!
Pre-meeting email notifications: we’ve expanded the pre-meeting briefings to include the latest 3 events with this customer!
New add agent experience: we’ve launched a new experience to add agents to your account!
Rox verified: we now independently verify and enrich data for our customers — look for the Rox checkmark! This is included in all Rox plans for now and it will become part of the Rox Enterprise plan.
New customer list experience: we’ve improved the usability of the Rox customer list view. You can now quickly view the list of insights, insight details and account overview in a handy side-panel!
New sign-in experience: head over to run.rox.com to check it out!
Microsoft O365 Calendar integration: you can now connect your O365 calendar to Rox to get pre-meeting briefings and see your past/future meetings.
LinkedIn 404 Fix: when we couldn’t retrieve the LinkedIn URL we used to show a 404 — no more! We now default to running the LinkedIn search for you to save you time.
Email Read Metrics: stay in the know when your emails start picking up steam inside a prospect! Rox now gives you email read metrics when you send your messages via Rox. You'll also find the latest exchange for your customers by adding the "Previous Email" column. Stay tuned as we're not done here
Find Similar Customers: running to a meeting and need to find similar customers that you can reference in your call? Rox has got you covered, our agents will search across your customer base (from SFDC) and will surface the ones that are the best fit to reference (i.e. find their competitors )
1-click post-call follow-up: busy day with meetings and now have to do follow-ups? Rox automatically pulls the raw Gong transcripts / Rox mac app transcripts and allows you to generate email follow-ups with 1-click. You can even save your favorite prompts so these emails come out exactly the way you want them to 📤
Sections in notes: keep your notes organized with our new sections! By default we separate the notes by company, contacts, meetings and opportunities. Keep an eye on this one, a lot more coming soon
