The Rox Agent Swarm sits between the System of Record (SOR) and the Systems of Engagement (Rox Web Application and MacOS Application), acting as the core processing unit within the system, similar to a CPU in a traditional operating system. The primary responsibility of the Agent Swarm is to execute system and user-driven actions. Within the Swarm, each Agent is scoped to the context of a single sales representative and account pair, ensuring focused and personalized interactions.
