Call recorder Integration

Rox supports multiple third party call recording tools such as Gong, Avoma, and Attention. This document outlines how to connect these tools to Rox so that your transcripts are available in the Rox platform and provide our agent swarm with the most accurate context to empower your sellers.

Steps to connect

1. Navigate to the Settings page

1. Go to Integrations

1. Click on Connect

2. Navigate to the respective platforms' documentation for instructions on how to generate a token

   1. Gong

   2. Avoma

   3. Attention

3. Fill up the fields
