Run with Rox: Checking your Inbox

When you open Rox, you'll see your Inbox on the home screen. Inbox is your action center in Rox: a unified feed of everything that matters to you across your accounts, agent activity, and calendar. It brings together account insights surfaced by your Rox agents, outputs from automated workflows, and your upcoming meetings, all in one place.

Inbox is organized into four tabs: Priority, Insights, Agent Runs, and Meetings. Use the Sort and Filter controls at the top to focus on what's most relevant.

The Chat panel is always accessible on the right side of Inbox, so you can ask questions or take action on any item without leaving the view.


Inbox Tabs

Priority

Priority is the default landing view in Inbox. Rox automatically determines what surfaces here by weighing the urgency and relevance of items across your accounts, factoring in meeting timing, recency of account signals, and the status of active outreach tasks. The result is a single, ranked feed so you know exactly where to focus without manually triaging across tabs.

Click Filter to narrow the Priority feed by:

  • Accounts — filter to specific accounts (e.g., show items for 12 selected accounts)

  • Date Range — limit items to a specific time window

  • Insight Types — filter by the category of signal

  • Read Status — show only unread or already-read items

Use Clear Filters to reset all active filters at once.


Insights

The Insights tab shows a continuous feed of account signals identified from internal and external data, including news, funding events, executive changes, hiring signals, partnerships, product launches, and more. Each signal is tied to a specific account and includes a summary so you can quickly evaluate relevance and decide whether to act.

You control which signals Rox surfaces for your accounts. You can customize insights in two ways:

  • Track public events for specific accounts: Configure Accounts to monitor particular companies for external signals like press coverage, leadership changes, or market activity. You can do this by checking the accounts to track and selecting “Track Public New Events” at the top of the screen.

  • Track changes for a Clever Column: Set up Track Insights on any Clever Column in your account data so that when a value changes, Rox surfaces it as an actionable insight.

You can also configure how many insights are delivered in your Inbox email digest.


Agent Runs

The Agent Runs tab shows outputs generated by your automated Workflows. When a workflow runs and produces an artifact, such as an outreach email, HTML report, slide deck, or file, it appears here for your review and action.

Agent Runs give you a human-in-the-loop review step before any workflow output is sent or published. Output types include:

Meetings

The Meetings tab is a chronological feed of your upcoming and recent calendar events, scoped to the accounts in your Rox workspace. To prep for meetings or follow up from past meetings, an action button is available directly from the row.
