# Run with Rox: Engage your Accounts

This guide walks you through identifying a key account development and taking immediate action using Chat feature—from discovery to outreach in just minutes. 

Let's say that I am an Account Executive at Rox. I am selling our Agentic CRM to large enterprise. I am interested in reaching out to prospects based on compelling recent public news events.

### Step 1: Identify New Developments from Insights

Navigate to the Insights of an account you want to engage with in order to find recent developments.

Click on "Brief champion" on the insight to learn more and draft an email.&#x20;

* Recent email exchanges
