# Generate meeting summary using Rox

Turn a recorded meeting into a clear summary, decisions, and follow-up actions.

### Overview

Once you're done with recording a meeting using Rox, you can easily create meeting notes using the call transcript to review key discussion points, decisions, and follow-up actions.

### Generate and review notes

1. Record a meeting with the Rox macOS app.
2. Open the completed meeting in [**Meetings**](https://run.rox.com/meetings).
3. Click on **Generate** to generate an AI summary from the transcript.
4. Edit the notes to correct details or add context.

### Turn notes into follow-up

Use the meeting notes as context for a follow-up email or your next customer interaction. Ask Rox to summarize the conversation, list action items, or draft a follow-up.
