# Calendar

Rox supports connecting your Google Workspace Calendar or your Microsoft O365 Calendar. By connecting your calendar, you’ll be able to leverage Pre-Meeting Briefs, which deliver timely, account-specific insights before every scheduled meeting—helping you walk in prepared with context that matters.

## Connecting Google Calendar

**How to Connect Your Calendar**

1. Go to Integrations:
   * From the Home page in Rox, click on the Settings tab.
   * Navigate to the Integrations section.
2. Choose Your Calendar Provider:
   * If you use Outlook, select the Outlook integration.
   * If you use Google Calendar, select the Google integration.
3. Initiate the Connection:
   * Click the Connect button next to your calendar provider.
   * Select the account you wish to connect.
4. Authorize Access:
   * Click Allow to grant Rox permission to access your calendar.
5. You’re All Set!
   * Once authorized, your calendar is connected, and Rox can begin delivering pre-meeting briefs tailored to your upcoming events.

## Connecting Outlook

* Navigate to the Rox Settings page and then the integrations tab (instructions in the section above). &#x20;
* Click on "Connect" in the Outlook Calendar tile
* You'll have to provide consent for Rox to be able to use AI to generate pre-meeting briefings

* On the Microsoft consent page authorize Rox to access your calendar
* If successful you'll be redirected to Rox and see the "Connected" button
