### Monitor Accounts with Insights

**Insights** let you stay on top of what’s happening across your accounts — automatically. Rox monitors key signals like hiring activity, product changes, and executive updates, and alerts you when something important happens.

***

#### 📡 What Are Insights?

Insights are **live monitors** that track public updates about your accounts every day.

Rox watches for:

* New **job postings**
* **Blog posts** and press releases
* Changes in **leadership roles** or team structure
* Public filings like **10-Ks, 10-Qs**, and **earnings transcripts**
* Additional high-signal changes found via deeper research

***

#### 🗞️ Example

If you’re tracking MasterCard, Rox might surface:

* A surge in cybersecurity job postings
* A new partnership announcement on their blog
* A quote from the CFO in an earnings call mentioning automation goals

These updates turn into **sales signals** you can act on — like tailoring outreach, surfacing a new pain point, or reprioritizing an account.

***

#### 📬 Daily Digest

Every morning, Rox sends you a **digest of account changes** — so you can see what’s new across your book of business in one place.

Digest includes:

* A list of all changed accounts (e.g. Adobe, Honeywell, MasterCard)
* The specific signals that changed
* Links to source material and suggested next steps

***

#### 💡 Use Cases

* **Outbound targeting**: See which accounts have signals worth reaching out about
* **Expansion monitoring**: Track product launches or hiring spikes in existing customers
* **Churn prevention**: Catch risk signals like executive turnover or downsizing
