Propagating Views

Create org-wide views and propagate them to new or existing users

Use propagated views to standardize columns, filters, and sorting across your team. Admins can make a view org-wide, roll it out to new users, and add it to existing lists.

Make a view org-wide

Open the view you want to share, then locate Make org-wide in the view options.

Choose how the view is propagated

When you make a view org-wide, you can choose one or both of these options:

• Create this view for every new list New users and newly created lists automatically get this view. Future updates to the view also propagate.

• Add to existing lists Add the view to all existing lists, or to a selected set of users. Future updates to the view also propagate.

Add a shared view manually

Any user can also add a shared view manually. To do this, click + in the views bar and select the shared view.
