Enrich People
Contact enrichment is at the core of Rox People. When you have a list of leads — whether imported via CSV, discovered through People Search, or captured through webhooks — enrichment fills in the gaps with verified emails, phone numbers, detailed professional profiles, and more.
Adding Enrichment Columns
To add a contact enrichment column, click the “+” button at the end of the column header row in any People List, then select Contact Enrichment. The following enrichment types are available:

Find Work Email
Looks up the contact’s verified work email address using a multi-provider waterfall approach. Rox queries multiple providers in a waterfall sequence to maximize coverage and accuracy. The waterfall continues until a verified email is found or all providers have been exhausted.
Input required: Need at least one of
name + company domain
Linkedin_url
name + company name
Company domain is highly recommended for good results
Output: Verified work email address, and Validation status (Valid, Invalid, Catch-All, Inconclusive).
Valid - Average bounce rate: 1%
Probably Valid - Average Bounce Rate: 9%
Catch-All - Average Bounce Rate: 26%
Invalid/inconclusive - Email does not exist
Find Phone Numbers
Retrieves the contact’s direct phone number and/or mobile number from available data providers.
Input required: Need at least one of
name + company domain
Linkedin_url
name + company name
Company domain is highly recommended for good results
Output: Phone number(s) with type indication.
Find Person Details
Returns a comprehensive profile for the contact, including current title, seniority level, job function, LinkedIn URL, education history, and other professional details.
Input required: Contact LinkedIn URL or (name + company). LinkedIn URL here is highly recommended
Output: LinkedIn URL, Title, Company Domain, Phone Number, and additional profile details.
Validate Email
Checks whether an existing email address is valid, invalid, or catch-all. This is essential for cleaning your list before pushing contacts to a campaign, reducing bounce rates and protecting your sender reputation.
Input required: Email address.
Output: Validation status (Valid, Invalid, Catch-All, Inconclusive).
Valid - Average bounce rate: 1%
Probably Valid - Average Bounce Rate: 9%
Catch-All - Average Bounce Rate: 26%
Invalid/inconclusive - Email does not exist
How Enrichment Runs
Once you add an enrichment column, each row displays a status indicator:
Ready to run — The enrichment has been configured but not yet executed for this row.
Running — The enrichment is actively processing (querying data providers).
Completed — The enrichment has returned data and the cell is populated.
Enrichment failed — All providers were exhausted without returning a result.
Inconclusive — The data returned could not be confidently verified.
You can run enrichment on individual rows, selected rows, or the entire column. To re-run enrichment for a specific column, right-click the column header and select Re-run enrichment.

Best Practice
Add your enrichment columns before importing or adding leads. That way, new contacts are enriched automatically as they enter the list, saving you an extra step.
