Working with Your Lists
Sorting and Filtering
Every People List supports sorting and filtering across all data types — not just text fields. Use the Sort and Filter buttons at the top of the list to:
Sort ascending or descending on any column (text, number, date, checkbox, enrichment results).
Apply one or more filters to narrow the view (e.g., show only contacts where Email Validation IS Valid and ICP Score > 80).
Combine multiple filters and sorts simultaneously for precise list segmentation.
Selecting and Bulk Actions
Click the checkbox on individual rows to select them, or use “Select rows in view” to select all visible rows (respecting active filters). Once rows are selected, the following bulk actions become available:
Add to Campaign — Push selected contacts to an existing campaign or create a new one.
Enrich Rows — Run or re-run enrichment on selected contacts.
Delete — Remove selected contacts from the list.
Export CSV — Download selected contacts as a CSV file.
Pushing to Campaigns
The end goal of most People workflows is to activate enriched, qualified leads into an outreach campaign. You can do this by selecting leads, clicking “Add to Campaign”, and choosing an existing campaign or creating a new one. When contacts are added to a campaign, a campaign column is automatically added to the list, tracking the status and timestamp of each push.
You can also configure “Automatically Push to Campaign” as a column via the “+” column menu, which will route contacts to a campaign as they meet specified criteria — enabling a fully automated pipeline from inbound capture to outreach.

Exporting Data
At any time, you can export your list or a filtered subset as a CSV file. Select the rows you want to export (or select all), then click Export CSV. The exported file includes all visible columns and their enriched values.
