# Sequences

Build outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, manage follow-ups, and automate email reply handling.

**Sequences** organizes outreach into a series of email, LinkedIn, and phone call steps. You can use your own email content or have Rox generate messages using the research and product information you provide. Automatic email steps send according to schedules and guardrails that you define, while manual tasks appear in your task list.

You can also allow Rox to handle prospect replies as they trickle back in, at various levels of autonomy.

### What you can do

| Coordinate other channels | Track LinkedIn and phone call tasks alongside email steps.                                                |
| Handle replies            | Enable the Reply Agent to respond and help arrange meetings using your instructions.                      |
| Work with teammates       | Share a sequence or clone one to create an independent version.                                           |

LinkedIn actions are completed manually. See **Create and Run a Sequence** for the distinction between automatic email steps and tasks you complete yourself.

### Before you start

Connect the Gmail or Outlook mailbox you want to send from. See **Multiple Mailboxes** for connection instructions and mailbox-level sending limits, and **Create and Run a Sequence → Set your sending schedule** for sending days, time windows, and timezone settings.

Prepare your contact list in **People**. For AI-generated outreach, have your messaging instructions and supporting documents ready. If you want Rox to schedule meetings directly on your calendar, connect your Google or Outlook calendar as well.

### Find your work

The Sequences home page brings together your sequences and activity across them. Use **Personal**, **Shared with Me**, **Shared by Me**, and **Outbound Agent** to find the relevant sequences.
