Autofill
Autofill is designed to help you generate accurate answers for security questionnaires, RFPs, and more by utilizing your knowledge and content libraries. Follow this guide to quickly set up and make the most out of Autofill.
1. Upload Documents
Before you begin, make sure you upload relevant documents. Autofill pulls answers from these sources to minimize hallucinations and provide accurate responses. If you don't upload a doc, we will simply be unable to answer questions. Be sure to upload these in the Knowledge Documents tab!
Supported Sources
Other Formats Supported: We support .doc/docx, .pdf, .xls/.xlsx, .ppt/.pptx, and .txt files.
Coming soon: public web pages, Notion, Google Drive, Confluence, and mor

2. Upload an RFP or security questionnaire
Steps to Upload
Navigate to the "My Autofill Documents" tab
Select Your RFP File: Choose the questionnaire or RFP you want to upload. Make sure it's in .xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, .csv, or .pdf formats

For XLSX and CSV files: For each tab, specify the columns where the questions are located and where you want the answers to appear

Process Document: Autofill will appear in the "Processing" kanban column and start filling out the document based on your specifications. The questionnaire should be ready in under an hour

3. Review and Edit
Once ready, Autofill will automatically move the questionnaire into the “Reviewing” section. Then, you can edit and finalize responses in-app

Fill in the questions Quilt wasn't able to answer based on the docs, check the references to see how the answers were generated, and feel free to download the results

4. More functionality
References and Confidence
Autofill provides a confidence score that assess how well it was able to answer given the knowledge documents you have shared. It also provides numbered references (1-6) show the snippets in your knowledge documents that were used to come up with the response.
Collaboration
Having more team members will let you collaborate on questionnaires and proposals together. You can assign ownership of responses to other team members, as well as tag them in comment threads. You can also track approvals via the toggle in the upper right of each question.
