Rox's pricing model combines outcome-based and usage-based pricing. We charge for the value our AI agents deliver through measurable results, rather than just for the underlying data processing. This means you only pay for the specific outcomes achieved by Rox's AI agents, which are measured in units called "Agent Actions."
An Agent Action is the fundamental unit of measurement in Rox's pricing model. Each task that Rox's AI agents perform—whether it's researching a prospect, creating a meeting brief, or providing timely customer insights—is counted as a specific number of Agent Actions. Every outcome is associated with a defined RoxAct cost, ensuring that pricing is transparent and aligned with the value you receive.
Rox AI agents perform various tasks, including account research, people insights, pipeline generation, and meeting briefs. Each task requires a specific number of Agent Actions, which are measured based on the resources used, including the type of model and the data processed. This measurement ensures accurate billing that reflects the level of insight provided.
Below is the list of agent actions for each task. Please note that we will continue to add to this list as we release more features.
Teams and technologies: 1 Agent Action
Insight generation: 2 Agent Actions / Insight
Custom research sections: 2 Agent Actions
Clever columns: 2 Agent Actions / Cell
Contacts on agent load: 5 Agent Actions
Contacts through people search: 5 Agent Actions
LinkedIn message generation: 5 Agent Actions
Email generation: 5 Agent Actions
Swarm command: 5 Agent Actions
Pre-meeting briefing: 10 Agent Actions
Meeting information: 15 Agent Actions
Sequences: 15 Agent Actions
Account information: 22 Agent Actions
Meeting transcription: 46 Agent Actions
The number of Agent Actions assigned to each task reflects the complexity and cost of the underlying processes. Tasks that require more advanced AI models, greater data processing, or more detailed outputs consume more resources, leading to a higher Agent Action count. For example:
Mac app meeting transcription (46 Agent Actions): Transcribing a meeting in real-time involves high-input and high-output models to accurately capture and process spoken language, resulting in increased resource use.
Account information (21 Agent Actions): Generating comprehensive account insights requires aggregating and analyzing multiple data sources, which uses more tokens and model capabilities, justifying a higher Agent Action cost.
In contrast, tasks such as insight generation (2 Agent Actions) and clever columns (4 Agent Actions) involve simpler processes with lower model costs, resulting in fewer Agent Actions required.
Rox offers three main pricing plans:
Starter: Free plan for individuals who need light pipeline generation activities on a limited number of accounts. Limits at 2,500 Agent Actions per month. Max of 10 Agents (Customers)
Core: Starting at $20/month, this plan is tailored for sales professionals focused on maximizing their revenue potential through research, monitoring, and contact discovery. Limits at 5000 Agent Actions for $20. Max of 100 Agents (Customers).
Enterprise: Custom pricing for larger organizations that need Rox’s full suite of capabilities to support high-level sales team operations.
Yes, both the Starter and Core plans offer nearly identical features. Users on either plan can access Rox's AI-driven pipeline generation, account monitoring, research capabilities, and contact discovery tools. The main difference between the two plans is the number of agent actions allowed and the total number of agents available each month.
The Core plan is intended for users who need to handle a larger volume of tasks. If you frequently reach the Agent Action limit on the Starter plan, upgrading to the Core plan will provide you with the additional capacity to perform more actions and derive greater value from Rox. We are committed to giving users full access to all features and earning their business by demonstrating our value.
Rox provides an agent activity log that outlines the actions taken by AI agents on your behalf. You can track your usage for each action, including on-demand and continuous tasks, to see what contributes to your overall usage. An admin view aggregates this information for easier organizational tracking.
Both the Rox Starter and Core plans operate on a monthly subscription basis. At the beginning of each billing cycle (on the renewal date), your monthly allotment of Agent Actions will be refreshed. This ensures you have a full set of actions available to use each month.
If you reach your Agent Action limit before the end of the month, Core plan users have the option to renew early. This early renewal will immediately reset your Agent Actions, allowing you to continue using Rox without waiting for the next monthly cycle. Starter plan users will still be able to access their existing information but will not be able to perform any tasks. They will have to wait until their next monthly cycle to receive a new set of Agent Actions or upgrade to the Core plan.
Yes, you can upgrade from the Starter plan to the Core plan at any time. When you upgrade, you’ll gain access to the Core plan’s higher Agent Action limit with the renewal date one month from the day of upgrade.
No, unfortunately unused Agent Actions do not roll over to the next month. Any unused actions expire at the end of each billing cycle, and your allocation resets on the renewal date. This policy applies to both the Starter and Core plans.
If you cancel your Core plan subscription mid-cycle, you will still have access to your remaining Agent Actions until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Starter plan.
Yes, you can manage and reduce the number of Agent Actions consumed by always-on features like Insights and Pipe Gen Actions by customizing their settings. This lets you control what information the agents monitor and prioritize, helping you stay within your monthly Agent Action allowance.
