Can we restrict users from adding accounts, specifically when tied to SFDC?

• Goal: Ops would not want to expose accounts, specifically internal SFDC data to users who are not authorized to do so.

• Goal: User should be able to add a subsidiary, or other "public" info to their view, but not see internal data if not already authorized (could trigger a request to ops for approval).

Is the context by the account or by persona?

• Yes. Both, depending upon the situation.
