Rox supports connecting your Google Workspace calendar or your Microsoft O365 Calendar.
On the bottom left of your screen, click on your initials and then "Settings"
In the Settings page, click on "Integrations" tab
On the Google Calendar tile, click "Connect" and you'll have to provide consent to Rox to generate AI-driven pre-meeting briefings
After clicking "Connect" select your Google Workplace email account in the Google account selection screen, and then select "Allow" on the permissions screen
If successful, you'll be redirected to the Rox application and you'll see the "Connected" button. You also have the delete button in case you want to remove the connection.
Navigate to the Rox Settings page and then the integrations tab (instructions in the section above).
Click on "Connect" in the Outlook Calendar tile
You'll have to provide consent for Rox to be able to use AI to generate pre-meeting briefings
On the Microsoft consent page authorize Rox to access your calendar
If successful you'll be redirected to Rox and see the "Connected" button
