Rox supports connecting your Google Workspace calendar or your Microsoft O365 Calendar.

Connecting Google Calendar

  • On the bottom left of your screen, click on your initials and then "Settings"

  • In the Settings page, click on "Integrations" tab

  • On the Google Calendar tile, click "Connect" and you'll have to provide consent to Rox to generate AI-driven pre-meeting briefings

  • After clicking "Connect" select your Google Workplace email account in the Google account selection screen, and then select "Allow" on the permissions screen

  • If successful, you'll be redirected to the Rox application and you'll see the "Connected" button. You also have the delete button in case you want to remove the connection.

Connecting Outlook

  • Navigate to the Rox Settings page and then the integrations tab (instructions in the section above).

  • Click on "Connect" in the Outlook Calendar tile

  • You'll have to provide consent for Rox to be able to use AI to generate pre-meeting briefings

  • On the Microsoft consent page authorize Rox to access your calendar

  • If successful you'll be redirected to Rox and see the "Connected" button
