Artifacts in Rox enhance the context window of your agents, enabling them to better understand your company's operations. This improved understanding leads to higher-quality outputs, including emails and research results. Follow the steps below to add, manage, and delete artifacts in Rox.

How to Add Artifacts

  1. Access Agent Tuning:

    • Navigate to the Agent Tuning section by clicking on the corresponding menu item in your Rox interface.

    • Select the Artifacts tab.

  2. View Existing Artifacts:

    • Rox automatically adds artifacts through its auto-discovery process. You can view these preloaded artifacts in the Artifacts section.

  3. Add a New Artifact:

    • Click the Add Artifact button.

    • Choose one of the two options for adding an artifact:

      • From Documents: Upload a file from your computer.

      • From URL: Provide a web link.

  4. Example: Adding an Artifact from a URL

    • Select From URL when prompted.

    • Define the artifact category. For instance, if you are uploading a link about "Migrating to the Cloud," categorize it as a "Use Case."

    • Paste the URL into the input field.

    • Click Add to Upload List to preview the artifact.

    • Once satisfied, click Upload Artifacts to complete the process.

  5. Verify Upload:

    • After uploading, scroll to the bottom of the Artifacts section to ensure your new artifact appears in the list.

    • The artifact is now available in the agent’s context window and can be used immediately.

Deleting Artifacts

  1. Delete an Artifact:

    • Find the artifact you wish to remove.

    • Click the Delete button next to the artifact.

    • Confirm the deletion. The artifact will be removed from the context window.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage the artifacts in Rox, ensuring your agents are equipped with the most relevant context to perform at their best.
