Customizing your view in Rox is easy with the ability to add, remove, and rename columns. This guide will show you how to manage columns to suit your workflow and display the data that matters most.

How to Add Columns

  1. Open the Column Settings:

    • Click the + icon located at the top of the table.

  2. Select a Column to Add:

    • A dropdown list will appear, displaying all available columns sourced from Rox's internal data.

    • Use the search bar or scroll to find the column you want to add (e.g., "Ticker").

  3. Add the Column:

    • Click on the column name. The column will instantly be added to your table, displaying relevant data for all applicable rows.

How to Sort, Move, or Rename Columns

  1. Sort a Column:

    • Click the column name to bring up sorting options.

    • Choose to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

  2. Move a Column:

    • Click the column name, and select one of the following options:

      • Move Left: Shift the column to the left.

      • Move Right: Shift the column to the right.

  3. Rename a Column:

    • Click the column name and choose the Edit Label option.

    • Enter a new name (e.g., change "Ticker" to "Public Ticker").

    • Save your changes to apply the new label.

How to Hide or Remove Columns

  1. Hide a Column:

    • Click the column name and select the Hide Column option.

    • The column will be removed from the table view but can be re-added anytime through the + icon.

  2. Remove Multiple Columns:

    • Repeat the hiding process for each column you wish to remove.

By managing your columns in Rox, you can create a personalized view that highlights the most relevant information and keeps your workspace organized.
