Tags are a powerful way to organize and manage your agent list in Rox. They help you prioritize, categorize, and take action on multiple agents efficiently. Follow this guide to add, remove, and manage tags, both individually and in bulk.

How to Add and Remove Tags

  1. Ensure the Tag Column is Visible:

    • Look for the column labeled Priority in your agent list view.

    • If it’s not visible:

      • Click the + icon in the column settings.

      • Search for "Priority" and click to add it to your view.

  2. Add a New Tag:

    • Locate the agent you want to tag.

    • In the Priority column, type the desired tag name (e.g., "Top Customer").

    • Click Add Tag to save it.

    • The tag is now successfully added to the agent.

  3. Modify an Existing Tag:

    • To change a tag, select a different option from the list (e.g., replace "Top Customer" with "Top Target").

  4. Remove a Tag:

    • Click on the existing tag (e.g., "Top Target") to clear it. The tag will be removed from the agent.

How to Manage Tags in Bulk

  1. Select Multiple Agents:

    • Use the multi-select feature to highlight the agents you want to tag.

    • Once selected, the Bulk Actions button will appear in the top-right corner.

  2. Assign Tags in Bulk:

    • Click the Bulk Actions button and choose Assign Tags from the dropdown.

    • Enter the desired tag name (e.g., "Prospect").

    • Review the preview of the changes to ensure they’re accurate.

    • Click Assign to apply the tag to all selected agents.

  3. Remove Tags in Bulk:

    • Follow the same steps as above but clear the tag field instead of entering a new tag.

By using tags effectively, you can streamline your workflows and ensure your agents are always organized according to your priorities.
